今天一大早，有一个卖家朋友通过 联系到我，说他们 近有遇到一个很严重的问题，有一个不法分子利用亚马逊平台上面的一个漏洞，正在疯狂攻击亚马逊美国站的各大类目的Best Seller, 很多无辜的卖家因此损失惨重，惨遭毒手。他们去找亚马逊申诉，依旧是不作为的态度，完全无法帮他们解决这个问题。

所以这个卖家联系到我，想要把这个平台BUG给曝光出来，主要是两个目的：

个就是希望扩大影响力，让一样受害的卖家能够抱团起来形成合力共同应对，同时也希望能够尽快引起亚马逊的注意，快速修补这个bug, 帮助受害卖家早日解决这个问题；

第二个就是给目前没有被害的卖家提个醒儿，未雨绸缪早点做好防范措施，以免惨遭坏人毒手。

相信看完上图，大家都应该明白事情的来龙去脉。为了让大家更彻底的了解，方便亚马逊知道更详细的操作，从而更快的堵住这个漏洞，让我从坏人的角度完全重现这个坏人是如何使用这个平台的bug害人的。

很多人看完以后，可能会觉得亚马逊这么大一个平台，怎么会如此草率呢？怎么会有如此明显的bug？其实说实话，这个漏洞之前我就知道，而且存在了好久了，不是 近才出现的漏洞，但是一直都是小圈子在玩，除了上面说的这种跨站点注册去抢品牌，还有同站点跨类目注册去抢品牌的，也是一样的套路和玩法，真的不知道也不理解为啥就被拿去大规模害人了。

这里bug背后的逻辑其实也很简单，这里我简单和大家说一下：一般来说亚马逊接到品牌侵权投诉，系统只能识别品牌名，而没有识别商标注册号是不一样的。而这个坏人的UK品牌名刚好跟品牌真正所有人美国的品牌名是一样，系统就以为这个坏人也是美国商标的所有者，就把权限给了他，这个坏人拿到了权限，就把真正的所有人给踢走了，所以真正的品牌所有人也无法再次拿回来。只能拼命去申诉，但是亚马逊又不作为，这样就陷入了一个死循环，归根到底还是因为亚马逊系统太渣了，被坏人利用了这个bug。

The logic behind the bug here is actually very simple. Let me briefly tell you: Generally speaking, when Amazon receives a brand infringement complaint, the system can only identify the brand name, but not the trademark registration number. The bad guy's UK brand name is just the same as the brand name of the real owner of the brand in the United States. The system thinks that the bad guy is also the owner of the U.S. trademark and gives him the permission. When the bad guy gets the permission, he kicks the real owner away, so the real brand owner can't get it back again. We can only complain desperately, but Amazon doesn't act, so we fall into a dead circle.
