达人telegram刷粉丝网获悉，据外媒报道，近日eBay澳大利亚站宣布将联合澳大利亚政府对进口到澳大利亚 的活植物和种子进行严格监控，打击任何想要绕过生物安全检查、受管制植物材料的出售行为。

据报道，卖家需要通过生物安全进口条件系统 (BICON)、澳大利亚农业和水资源政府部门（ DAWE）以及维多利亚农业部网站发布的相关条款，来检查所售商品是否受到限制或被禁止销售。并且，eBay严禁卖家出售濒危植物。

It is reported that the seller needs to check whether the goods sold are restricted or prohibited through the relevant provisions published by the biosafety import conditions system (Bicon), the Australian Department of agriculture and water resources (Dawe) and the website of the Victoria Department of agriculture. 报道称，自今年年初以来，eBay已经阻止了18000多个外来违禁订单流入澳大利亚市场。eBay表示，凡是被eBay发现有不合规行为的卖家将被降低卖家评级，限制购买或出售，甚至是暂停账户使用。

DAWE生物安全主管Andrew Tongue表示，目前，仍有不合规的外国卖家试图通过Wish、eBay、Amazon、Alibaba等电商平台向澳大利亚境内运往存在对环境构成风险的种子。DAWE将联合各大政府继续进行加大监控力度。
